To support this mission, we continuously strive to improve the management of each complex in close collaboration with the Conseil Syndical, guided by a strong commitment to transparency. Our key objectives include:
Effective supervision of common area maintenance
Accurate and responsible expenditure tracking
Careful selection and follow-up of service providers
Regular oversight of maintenance contracts
Ongoing communication with all co-owners
Conduct regular site visits to monitor the maintenance of equipment in service. Intervene quickly on technical problems. Negotiate with different service providers and closely monitor the quality and progress of their work.
Ensure compliance with Mauritian regulations in relation to the complex rules & regulations. Convene the Co-owners for the General Assembly in accordance with the agenda. Communicate the minutes and decisions taken to all co-owners.
Maintain the accounts of the Syndicate. Establish annual Income & Expenditure Statement, Balance Sheet & Budget for the AGM. Send regular invoices and Statement of Accounts (SOA) to the Co-owners. Follow up of debtors (Quickbook).
