Ensure compliance with Mauritian regulations in relation to the complex rules & regulations. Convene the Co-owners for the General Assembly in accordance with the agenda. Communicate the minutes and decisions taken to all co-owners.
Maintain the accounts of the Syndicate. Establish annual Income & Expenditure Statement, Balance Sheet & Budget for the AGM. Send regular invoices and Statement of Accounts (SOA) to the Co-owners. Follow up of debtors (Quickbook).
