Monitor the maintenance of equipment in service. Intervene quickly on technical problems. Negotiate with different service providers and monitor the work.

Legal

Ensure compliance with Mauritian regulations in relation to the complex rules & regulations. Convene the Co-owners for the General Assembly in accordance with the agenda. Communicate the minutes and decisions taken to all co-owners.

Finance / Accounting

Maintain the accounts of the Syndicate. Establish annual Income & Expenditure Statement, Balance Sheet & Budget for the AGM. Send regular invoices and Statement of Accounts (SOA) to the Co-owners. Follow up of debtors (Quickbook).
